Our goods will be delivered using the standard postal service. We are able to offer additional services for your delivery. Please send us your request.

Deliveries above 25 kg will be delivered free of charge.

All the goods will be carefully packed to protect against damage.
In the unlikely event of damage please contact us immediately and we will organise replacement of the item(s).

Should chilled transportation be required, we will supply a suitable cooling system to guarantee a temperature of between 5 and max. 7 °C within your package.

The cooling system is designed for a transit time of max. 2 days.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make suitable arrangements to receive the delivery and to provide appropriate and accurate delivery instructions.

If you prefer to pickup your products yourself you need to go to Cork, Co.Cork the location of our warehouse. The address will be submitted with our order confirmation.
